I'm stunned by negative reviews. We switched here several years ago because of poor CVS service and we have had absolutely the best service every time we have used this location. Also have observed service to other customers while waiting in line and have never seen any pharmacy person be other than professional and helpful.

Today I called the pharmacy at Safeway Norbeck location, Stephanie (new pharmacist). I gave her my birthday twice because she couldn’t find my my medication Lyrica and realized that wasn’t the correct records. Even after her second attempt she claimed I have no records of Lyrica has been prescribed to me, per my records.nnI’ve been a loyal customer of this pharmacy for over two decades and now I’d be moving my business somewhere else based on this bad encounter. I told Stephanie that I’m in urgent need for Lyrica because I became aware that I have been missing taking it for almost a week, I forget to refill it. I didn’t have the prescription #. which was the reason I spoke to a person.

I’ve been using this pharmacy on and off for over 10 years. I recently came back and was surprised the pharmacist Kareen was still employed here. As usual, my smile and courteousness were met with unhelpfulness, and lots of sighing about having to do basic tasks that a pharmacist’s job entails. Her and the other employee also routinely ignored the phone calls coming in which seemed strange due to the fact that they didn’t seem to actually be doing anything. I guess I should have known better.

Customer service sucks. Reviewer 11 months ago said about being put on hold and no one returning. Happened to me, too. Called back, it went into voicemail, left a message, and no one called me back. I guess nothing has changed.
