The pharmacy staff is very rude. They do not speak to customers in a courteous manner. Long wait times. Please train you techs to be respectful to their customers.

I see all the bad reviews about the pharmacy, but what do you expect their will always be lines because are area is expanding and people aren't using any other pharmacys because CVS got that game on lock! I always have a good time here and find what I need and get my medications on time!

The pharmacy is awful. Long lines, prescriptions are never ready when they tell you they are, and general rudeness. Find a new pharmacy and save yourself the headache. The last thing you need when you're in pain is to have to wait 30 minutes in line.

If you are looking for a pharmacy, I will never recommend this one but if you want to grab anything else in this store, you will not be disappointed. The line, most of the time is too long if not the line, they may not have your prescription in stock and you will have to come back. It is the system not the staff. I appreciate the staff for their friendly service. My rating is based on the system not the customer service.

I wish I had read the reviews first. I have never had such a bad experience with a pharmacy. For five years, I have been getting the same prescription filled through CVS without issue. Went to this CVS, they told me I could pick up tomorrow, I go the next day, they then tell me the prescription is expired and they will have to request a renewal from my provider. I ask why they couldn’t do this yesterday—it’s never been an issue before—or at least tell me it couldn’t be filled. Whatever, I go in two days later (it usually only takes an hour for this process), and it still hasn’t been filled! They won’t give me a straight answer as to who I need to call, whether the request has even been sent, when it will be filled, etc.nnIn short, this pharmacy is completely incompetent and I do not understand how they are allowed to handle something so important. Do not go here!!!
