I moved my entire families prescriptions here. I have a lot of fairly complicated odd prescriptions as do my family. All the staff and pharmacists know me and take care of all my stuff in a timely manner. Great staff

I have been using this pharmacy for a few months now after leaving CVS due to issues with many of their locations and my medication. My prescriptions are always ready in a timely manner. I get a text alert when they are ready to pick up. I also get a text and even a phone call from the staff is it to early for one of my prescriptions to be filled or if it is not in stock and they need to order it. That only happens with one of my prescriptions as it is brand name and hardly any pharmacy has it readily available. I have always been pleased with how kind and helpful the pharmacy staff has been. I have a feeling I will be a customer here for a long time.

The pharmacist, Amy Haiong, was unprofessional, difficult, and subjective in her ability to provide customer service. She crossed out the instructions my doctor wrote & put new instructions based on her subjective view.

A definite lack of professionalism and/or training in fundamental customer service. There's an underlying disrespect and passive aggressiveness for questions and answers, or if you take up more than a few minutes to try and address any simple insurance discrepancies, as if their time is extremely valuable despite the fact that it's part of the job to make time to address concerns and assist in matters without inputting personal judgement or grudges...
