*update. They called another number with my medical information and told him my prescription was ready to be picked up. If MY number is on the bottle/in the system, why would you call a different number??n10/10 not coming backnnWoman with the purple galaxy mask at the pharmacy was rude and snarky towards me while I was giving her my information. Just because I’m in sweatpants doesn’t mean you have to treat me like I’m homeless. Learn some people skills maybe.

The drive thru is absolutely ridiculous. I tried more than once, instead of learning my lesson. Turned off my car. Cars literally giving up and backing out of the line. The last time; I tried again because there was only 1 car at the window and was there for over a half hour. I just don't understand. Why isn't it reserved for fast transactions or something?

I normally don't write review but I felt guilty not writing this place.nThe employee were super nice and attentive! They are all very friendly and look like happy to work there. Best people and service I have seen in this pandemic time. I wish my work place is like this.

The staff members in the store and the pharmacy are helpful and pleasant. My prescriptions are always ready on time. The photo station is always working. The items I want to buy are always available EXCEPT Cadbury’s plain milk chocolate.nEach time I shop, there is a smaller selection of Cadbury bars. Every other CVS has the full line (milk chocolate, milk chocolate w/nuts, chocolate w/fruit &nuts, caramel, etc).nWhat’s going on, Derwood CVS?nOtherwise this store is excellent.

Almost didn't come here due to the reviews, I decided to come because it's close to home and I'm glad I did! All the techs were super nice and attentive! My prescription was quickly ready for pickup after drop off. Best service I've gotten at a pharmacy in a long time!
