There are no words for how incredibly rude the entire staff at this pharmacy is. I live within a two minute walk to this CVS, yet I now choose to drive 10 minutes to the next one. For years I’ve dealt with their poor attitudes to people of all ages, their consistent mistakes. I’ve experienced them fill my scripts wrong (completely get the dosage wrong or give me the wrong medicine), they’ve even questioned my doctor’s dosage. Questioned. My. Doctor. It’s like this pharmacy is operated by toddlers. The last and final time I went in, the girl that rang me up was so rude I didn’t bother speaking to her. Her reaction was to bark out “THANK YOU” with an eye roll as I walked away. All with the manager Kelsey standing by to witness without saying a word. I guess the staff is allowed to act like irritated teenage girls at any given time. Save yourself the aggravation, get your scripts properly filled and go to literally any other pharmacy in the area.

I unfortunately didn't have a good experience in there today because one of the employees was watching me as if I was going to walk out the door with there merchandise...I am a loyal CVS customer always willing to spend to get my extra bucks and I also get my prescriptions there too and I'm sure if I was a different race she wouldn't have even thought to do that to me. The employees need to be taught some type of training to better there customer service.

I’ve generally had decent experiences here from picking up everyday necessities or late night snack runs. The staff can definitely be rude, and they lack phone etiquette. They were extremely unhelpful when I had my exposure camera films developed, but your everyday runs will be fine. I was able to make visits with my well behaved dog until customers complained, which is understandable. I was happy that the management allowed it at that time. The pharmacy worked out fine from my one experience.

I have been pleased withn-how short the pharmacy wait time generally is. Of the CVS's I have gone to to pick up prescriptions, this has had the shortest lines. I rarely have to even wait in line, even during rush hour.n-customer service. I wish I remembered individual names, but, overall, people have been personable and genuine. (This includes both pharmacy employees and employees elsewhere in the store.) One of the pharmacists went the extra mile to help me with a more complicated prescription issue that involved talking to multiple CVS pharmacies at other locations.n-as I understand it, all pharmacy techs at CVS are union, which definitely makes me like the pharmacy more.
