Pharmacist and staff were very unwilling to help, lazy and rude. I waited for more than an hour and a half. I could go into detail about my experience but I’ll sum it up w the last thing. Instead of trying to work quickly to get me out as I’ve been waiting the longest when the worker was finally handed my medication he called the next customer completed that transaction then called me when I’m standing right at the counter....Pretty rude if you ask me. I should’ve said something but I didn’t want to look like the crazy lady at the pharmacy even though I would’ve done so rightfully. Never going back.

CVS has a new pharmacy manager, Mustafa. He's very good. He reached out to us about flu, pneumonia, and shingles shots. He took the initiative to contact our doctor's office to check our records and helped us get up to date. He followed up to make sure we were feeling well the day after administering our shots. Just a very nice guy! A great improvement for the pharmacy there.

Living in Montgomery Village we have a few CVS pharmacies at our disposal. With that said, the pharmacy (located at the Rothbury Dr. location) is absolutely head and shoulders above the Montgomery Village CVS pharmacy. The pharmacists are incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating to all if their patients, as well as incredibly efficient. Montgomery Village has a much larger store, and pharmacy, however there is never more than one person at the front desk, while a dozen people mill about the pharmacy. They also seem to make you feel like their time is more important than yours, as well as a disregard for chronic pain patients-they lack empathy and seem to judge whether or not the prescriptions (Literally allotted by your physician) are necessary. In my opinion they make you feel like a lesser person for treating the body with said prescriptions. Rothbury Drive itself is smaller than others, however their demeanor is well worth your consideration.

I have been on hold for 40 minutes just to ask if my prescription was ready, still haven’t answered so i hung up and called the front store. They didn’t even listen to what I had to say then transferred me to pharmacy number even though i just wanted to know the store hours for pharmacy since I already know it was near closing time but couldn’t pick up my prescription on time since I was on hold for forever.
