CVS Pharmacy

Love this CVS! The team there are very professional and responsive.

I have been a customer for several years, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. They know us by name, and always make our experience a pleasure. I had been concerned when CVS took over Target pharmacy, but they kept the same great people.

Best, most courteous service I have ever received at any CVS or other pharmacy in this area. No matter who is working, they are all kind, responsive, and always smiling. I switched over a year and a half ago and as am so happy I did!

Where do I begin? Male pharmacist was beyond unbelievable with not owning the situation. I’m here on business from out of state and I had to go to urgent care due to respiratory infection. Got the scripts I needed mid-workday which is where it all went downhill! First pharmacist claimed cough syrup was a “rare version” and I needed to have it modified. He admitted he could have called the dr but still made me go back to dr myself to get it “fixed”. It said it would be faster because if he had to do it that he would have to leave a message and it could take two hours. THAT would have been faster then the BS that was about to ensue. I could have been working while they worked it out together, but this pharmacist refused to own his customer service or try to help a customer which would ensure repeat visits to cvs within target even though I was from out of state maybe I would have gone to another Target CVS, not a chance now!!! So I go back to dr, come back to CVS, and am told that now the prescription isn’t signed and I need to go back to dr AGAIN!!!! Now if the pharmacist would have made the call the FIRST time we could have saved two hours and I wouldn’t need a signature. I could have been working while they got it all done over the phone instead I’m losing work time and I’m running around while miserable in a town that is not mine. So I go back to dr, get signature (trust me they got a review and the same attitude there too) and I come back to CVS. Same male pharmacist, same attitude. Has made mention several times not a part of target, doesn’t work for them. And that this still isn’t his fault it’s the dr fault even though he could have “owned” the situation and made the call from the FIRST VISIT!!!! While I’m standing there waiting another 10 minutes cause what’s another 10 minutes after it’s been going on FOUR HOURS, a lady shopping walks up and says some puked in an aisle (she was trying to do a good deed). Male pharmacist proceeds to say, I don’t work for target, tell someone else! WTF? So you are going to let puke stay in an aisle of a public place cause you don’t work for them?! Again, good customer service goes a long way even if it’s not your job! I, who also does not work for Target, found a Target employee literally near the pharmacy counter, within 2 feet and told them myself. Because I can own a situation whether it’s my job or not! Don’t use this pharmacy. Go anywhere but here!
