I was having a rough day and a rough moment while waiting in line but thankfully I got lucky and came across Ricardo who helped me check out and also who answered a bunch of my questions regarding the photo print center different options and pricing etc.nnRicardo really took the time to break down everything to me make sure I understood everything was courteous and respectful throughout the entire conversation knew what he was talking about and genuinely seem to care for the customer service aspect of the raw which I personally value a lot.nnThat said I really just want to emphasize his overall performance professionalism and efficiency from what is an outside perspective of a customer who will be specifically returning to this location because of positive encounters like this.nnI hope management sees this and I hope Ricardo one day has a chance to be a part of management (if not already) so he can set a great example for the future of this brand and pharmacy! :)

The employees in there have no idea what is going on. I ordered a photo book from this cvs and it was a sad statement on the human condition to witness how bad they messed it up and just could not deliver. I'll spare the details but cvs is not hiring competent employees

Placed order with photo department. Received an email a few hours later that my order was ready. I could not go that day so i went in the next morning. They could not find my order and i had to wait for them to reprint and place on canvas. No apology or explanation. In fact, the only thing they could say when I was leaving was asking me if I paid.. He asked it like it was my fault they screwed up

Surprised at the low ratings by some... I've never had any but positive experiences with prescriptions, or off-the-shelf products. I've always found the pharmacy staff to be helpful and competent, better than a couple of the supermarket pharmacies in the area.

Any other prescription store is better.nnThey can lose prescription and try to kick you off with 5 different reasons.n1. We don't have anything for youn2. Refills are no longer valid.n3. Insurance won't pay - doctor must be contacted.n4. We don't have prescription (I gave them 40 mins ago)n5. And finally when they found the prescription - there is no doctor name on prescription (young doctor assistant)nnAvoid by all means.
