I had the most amazing customer experience at this pharmacy . I called a day before to inquire if they had oxygen mask. The person who picked up the phone was extremely polite and professional. Educated me on the price and types and sizes of the mask and also let me know their hours of operation. The next day I went to make purchase, the person who attended to me was very kind and attentive. I bought the oxygen mask and left feeling very happy. There is a sense of “ your business is important to us” feel with them. I highly recommend them and to please support their small business especially during these challenging times.

The staff is very helpful and nice, however I paid one amount fornOver a year. The last time I went in the cost tripled, He toldnMe he had no idea why the price went up. I called my insurance companynI talked to the pharmacy manager, he said I don’t know why returnnYou were charge that much, the price was zero cost this is about the fourth time this is happenednThis is happened several times, not sure if they are connected correctly with my insurance companynMy insurance company pharmacy, advise me, that they overcharged, I don’t want to believe this,nnI hope when they figure this out it was just a systemnProblem, because they have been so good to me.

This is by far the best pharmacy I have ever been to. After only 2 times they call me by name when I come in. If they dont have my medication they make sure I am ok until I get it but I have been lucky to not be I a situation where I am desperate for it. Even if I had to pay full price I would still come here. This is the best place hands down.

This is by far the best pharmacy. My stepsister told me to try them when I had issues locating a pharmacy that keeps my medication in stock... Well, not only do they ALWAYS have my medication in stock but carry enough so that my children who take the same medication as well, always have theirs filled too. Never have to worry about my families needs for medication again. The pharmacist and his son are top notch !!! By far the most understanding and kindest people in this business!!!! I’m always spreading the customer satisfaction around town !!!! This is the best kept secret in Rockville!!! We love you Rockville Pharmacy!!!!
