This is the best CVS store I've found in the area. Pretty clean and organized. Staffs are nice and responsive.

Overall, this CVS is one of the best CVS stores I’ve ever been too. It’s well stocked, clean, organized, well run and overall a good place to shop. The employees are very helpful and the location is pretty good too. The reason for the one star review is because of one of their managers. I believe her name is Kim if I’m not mistaken. She is extremely mean, rude and belittling, not only to the other employees but to the customers as well. Every time I’m in the store, she’s constantly yelling, arguing and talking down to the other employees. And then she brings her anger on to the customers as well. She’s no different to the customers then she is to the employees. I’ve been going to this cvs since it opened, however because of Kim’s treatment to the employees and customers, not only will I contemplate not going to this location anymore, I will also contemplate not going to any CVS store ever again, and instead start going to Walgreens or Rite Aid. All I can say is shame on you Kim!!!!!!!! You ruined a great store and you have most likely lost a lifelong customer not only to this store but to the whole CVS company.

Always super slow ringing people up, and they never call for backup for long lines or to grab locked items. I'm pretty patient with lines, but its crazy to wait for almost 15 minutes to buy one thing at CVS...

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I am trans-woman and I asked the girl Stephanie for help and she acted like she didn't even acknowledge my presence! She refused to help me look for something in the beauty section and EVEN GIGGLED when I told her what I was looking for! I was so hurt that I had to leave. I have filled a complaint with corporate office and will be following up on monday!

I rarely write public reviews. CVS stores are generally good, but I'd like to give a thumbs up to the management, pharmacists, and employees at this store (Upper Rock) for their efficient and friendly customer service.nnI'm guessing that it is likely that the few negative reviewers of this store must have just visited at an unusually crowded time. Each time I've seen anything other than a short line, the employees or the manager calls somebody to the registers to help out and the line quickly disappears.nnAlso, I have found the employees to show _incredible_ amounts of patience with customers that are rude, demanding, disrespectful, or trying to return old opened items that they don't have a receipt for and they want cash.nnThe pharmacists (and staff who work in the pharmacy) are top notch. Polite, efficient, friendly. Other stores in the area (not saying that there aren't other good ones) should consider modeling themselves after this store and how it is managed.
