I usually go to this location. You can't look at a magazine or product in peace without someone following you in the store. I was waiting to pick something up and two workers came into the same aisle. The woman got very close to the person waiting she just stood there pretending I look for products and was not six feet away and making them feel uncomfortable. The last time this happened the security guard just stood in the middle of checkout. Again very uncomfortable and unnecessary. Please let your paying customers look and buy in peace.

I tried to exchange an opened cvs brand item (sonicare brush heads) which did not fit my sonicare, I didn’t have the receipt so I figure I would only be able to exchange or get store credit as with most American retail stores this is the case.... however I was told that since the item was high priced ($35) that it was suspicious so the manager yes the manager who is usually the voice of reason when it comes to customer service told me he would not do the exchange because of this.... and that I should try going back to the location from which I purchased the product ( which is 45 mins away by train).nIt’s very apparent that CVS has a major theft problem, which they have done very little to remedy and unfortunately have instead adopted this policy of profiling ppl under the guise of refusing no receipt exchanges at their discretion...I’ve worked in retail and most of the time a manager will make an exception or just allow store credit because they care more about the service than calling a customer suspicious over for wanting to exchange a $35 product for the exact same item....nI’m pretty sure if I had my older white male friend try and return this item the manager would oblige no questions asked

Great service at this CVS location. I dropped in Oct 2, 2020 at 4pm and got my passport photo taken. Respectful staff and answered all my questions. Definitely recommend this CVS over other locations.

Rude rude rude pharmacist. Said he was closed and couldnt help me then helped the person behind me when I walked away. Register staff up front was very sweet and apologized for the pharmacist but never bother going here even of you could find parking.
