I have been asking for refills to a specific prescription for the past few weeks: and emergency inhaler and the regular one that is supposed prevent an attack from occurring. Each time i requested a refill for these specific prescriptions that my doctor previously gave, the same woman that stated that she was at the pharmacy by herself on 12/25 at 7 am stated that she would submit a prescription request. The prescriptions are supposed to help me breathe and I have been requesting these prescriptions for 2 weeks now. This person, however, is requesting a refill on a different medication that is only a partial request and for a generic kind. I am asking for the regular kind that my insurance covers. My thing is the pharmacy employee is unable to submit the request on the customers behalf because something is preventing them from doing so, why not just say that it can’t be done instead of saying that the request will be sent? I NEED THESE PRESCRIPTIONS TO BREATHE AND TO LIVE. Don’t mess with people’s lives like this. I am so heated. It’s obvious that this person isn’t capable of communicating well with customers. I get that but why not hire an assistant or a tech that is able to help this “skilled” person complete the parts of her job that she refuses to do well? The woman said she had no time for arguments over the phone. However, there wouldn’t be any arguments if she were to do her job right instead of treating individuals with needs for this service as if they are insignificant. Trust me when I say that the attitude was excessive from the beginning on this employee’s part.

Completely rude, condescending, and down right malicious. The pharmacist condemned me for trying to purchase medical supplies that are in no way narcotic, and even lied about it being illegal former to purchase said supplies.

I’ve been coming here for 5 years and every time Ulrnhmbakop the worker MA pharmacy every time his in shift and his crew all they do is giggle and laugh I don’t pay attention to the line. If I am gonna be buying stuff at cvs al least I can do is good customer service! Is the worst every time he there.

I can walk there.The people that work there are helpful.
