Trek Bicycle Rockville

I stopped by in the late afternoon with my bicycle to see if they could adjust my front derailleur. They were able to adjust it right away while I waited and also gave me tips on how to keep all parts clean and in good adjustment. The technicians name was Miguel Salazar, very courteous fast and efficient. thank you, John

Fabulous experience. I just started getting into biking so needed to get my bike a tune up. This was a very streamlined service, the fee was quite reasonable and the product was great. My son asked me for a new bike at 15 he had grown out of his bike. We live in DC and well he wanted to bike to school. I started saving to make sure I bought him a good bike that could last him. He turned 16 and kept bringing in good grades made honor roll twice determined to get his bike. I finally gave in and with help from his aunt we purchased him an FX3. We were blessed to work with Chris Baker. He asked me for my needs, my budget, and took time to get to know my son. They followed such strict COVID guidelines I truly felt safe in the store. Chris explained my options and did all he could in his power to ensure we walked out with a bike and a smile on his face. This store should truly have 5 stars, because their customer service is the true definition of above and beyond. I don't regret one bit making the investment I did yesterday. Huge thanks to Miguel as well for putting a smile back on my sons face.

The mechanic I worked with, Ryan I think was his name, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me very quickly! This was my first time at this shop and I have already recommended it to many of my friends, I will definitely be coming back!
