Excellent staff, really took care of me during the terrible winter storm. So grateful. Hotel was clean and warm. Can’t say enough about how fortunate I was to stay here!

We stayed there during the snow storm. The staff was courteous. The room had issues though. The door would not seal shut. It had major air leaks. The window had a hole in it the size of a beebee, another air leak. The toilet leaked constantly so it kept coming on to fill the tank.

Got stuck in Minden overnight with a flat tire and found the Exacta. It’s reasonable, Clean, and updated. What a hidden gem!

Beautiful people run and operate this facility. The manager is an Angel. The neighbors that we had that were also long-term residents were very friendly and helpful and overall this is the best place so far in Minden that we found to stay.

It is old and don't want to change for the betterment of the customer, but they do have good people working there. You can tell that it's management.
