Servicing a guess should be top priority not sending the tools to do so the guess can fix it

Horrible!!!!!! They have small roaches and fleas in the carpet. The bed sheets have stains and have yellow spots. Towels were also yellow and dirty. Half of the lights didn’t work. Can’t leave any food out for three seconds or there WILL be roaches!!! I’ve had a motel6 before and this was nothing like the others. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!! I only came because it was emergency and every other hotel was booked. I would rather sleep in my car than that motel ever again!!!!! Also smells like smoke when we asked for smoke free. Would not want kids or babies here !!!

Called to inquire about the weekly rates because there is a huge banner outside of the motel ADVERTISING this. The woman that answered the phone after it rang over 20 times, was rude, didn’t identify herself and said they aren’t offering weekly rates. I asked who I was speaking to she didn’t giver her name. She raised her voice to speak over me when I asked why the banner was still advertising these rates. She said we don’t have weekly rates right now and hung up on me.

This Motel 6 is very clean and quiet. Love the prices and love the cleanliness. It's a vacation in our home town without leaving town. ud83dude0a
