The room was clean and had all that I needed. But the staff is what made this an excellent stay. The ladies that served breakfast on Tue. & Wed. morning during my stay were so very nice and polite, helping to make the start to my busy day better. But it was Justice, who was the absolute best. She was so friendly, making sure you got a fresh baked cookie and milk every evening, and being sweet enough to recommend places to eat in the little town. She is smiling all the time and despite your day will make you smile too! Oh and the resident cat, that stays in the lobby, is the sweetest. I truly enjoyed my stay at the Henderson/Beaux Bridge Holiday Inn, and would recommend it to anyone if you find yourself passing through this little town or if business brings you in to town.

This is a clean, quiet, well maintained hotel close enough to the interstate to be convenient, but sufficiently removed to permit a good night's sleep despite the endless stream of semis in the distance. You should be aware, however, that the approach is tricky. You will have to navigate at least one traffic circle (2 if eastbound), and it is not obvious that the entrance to the hotel is north of the traffic circle. There is no signage to guide you, and the entrance is easy to miss. Take care that you do not end up on the westbound entrance ramp, which is right beside the hotel and easily mistaken for the driveway approach.

We made reservations the night before and when we got their, no one marked it down, but that did not stop the employee named JUSTICE, she was wonderful. If you are in the area visit with Justice your stay will be worth it. She didn't only get us a room but was so nice to my family. She gave what I would call the WOW expectation!!!!. While she was checking us in she noticed we was hot and offer and gave us cold water. Told us because we had our grandson to come around 6:30 and get some fresh cookies, they was awesome, I can go on, but with everything in this world going on you can have someone like Justice was such a positive attitude, Awesome. When checking out we walked out our room and a cleaning lady in the hall greeted us and said have a great day. After giving our keys and getting in van here comes the cleaning lady with a charger in her hand that we had left. We will definitely be back at this hotel.

Clean, decent place to stay, but the pricing is slightly too high. The same room with the same hotel chain in the next city (a major market) lists for $70 to 80 less a night on average. However, nice place with helpful staff.
