It was very nice..I enjoyed my stay there
Cozy place , nice interior designs,has a very comfortable beds☺
Had a block of rooms for a wedding in September, they decided to not honor our block and current bookings and sell out to a large corporation. Really left us in a bind. IF you are considering this place ever, I highly suggest to look others places for this sole purpose! Some times ethics should trump profits. Obviously you and your corporation choose profits over people and customer service.nnNot sure if it was corporate or local management but either way it is poor business ethics. Thanks for keeping your commitment. I hope the Thibodaux community chooses to have as little involvement with Hilton Hampton corporation.nnWill definitely be spreading the word about your lack of business ethics. Word of mouth goes a long way in small communities. Not to mention I have still not received a call back from anyone.nnSo too sum things up, Do not book your rooms here for any events they can and will cancel you at the last minute.
Had rooms blocked off for a wedding in September. With many out of town guests. Accidentally found out that they were canceling all booking for the rest of the year because an oil field corporation want to rent the rooms.
They sold all the rooms to a company, we were not told, showed up and told us our room was cancelled!! No apologies! Did nothing to Make it up to us! I drove 14 hours to move my daughter into nicholls college, and this is what we showed up to!
