We loved it so much! Great location, awesome history, and just an overall beautiful property and place to stay. House is still in great condition and very well kept. So unique and TONS of space.
Our visit was wonderful staying at the Dansereau house. Hostest was welcoming and a delight. The rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. It was tremendous drinking coffee on the balcony in the mornings.
Interesting place with lots of history tied to it. My friends and I visited because they will be having their wedding here. The woman who worked there showed us all over the house, and mentioned the many options they had for drinks, food, and the arrangement of the house for their wedding.nThere are many rooms available in this house if you just want to rent one out for a night or a weekend, and they have quite affordable prices (I'm talking $80-$90 for a nights stay, way better than nearby hotels). If you're looking for a convenient, historical place to stay that is close to new Orleans for an amazing price check these guys out!

Perfect place for outdoor pictures, indoors is $100/hr to do pictures.. outside is free and has a yard, and covered patio.
