My room hasn't been cleaned... hair is everywhere! In the bed! On the floor! In the tub and sink. The bathroom is disgusting. There is soap from the last guest on the sink. I can guarantee nothing in this room has been disinfected. If your worried about covid this place would give you a heart attack. I will be checking out early.
Clean rooms, comfy beds. Nice facilty overall, though a little over-priced in my opinion.
Had such a great stay. Great place, friendly service and very clean rooms !! Compliments to the staff from top to bottom. As a Lifetime Titanium Elite Ambassador puts a smile on my face that this Fairfield keeps the Marriott Bonvoy brand looking good !! Stop the lies, charging full rate removing chairs, breakfast and finally removing coffee makers from all rooms in the guise of covid. The staff are so helpful, unfortunately, this is a greedy owner. Rates are 165/ night Coffee makers are removed from the rooms. No breakfast and furniture removed beds only in my room. I was in Little Rock two nights ago 98 a night all services available. breakfast coffee makers etc. available. In Dallas three days ago the same 112 a night. In California, the most shutdown state....134 nights and all service available, breakfast was in bags....coffee makers were not removed. Marriot has basic standards coffee makers have been a standard since the late '80s. I was in Marriott Corp in the eighties, this hotel is violating their franchise agreement. We moved the team to the csinos a few miles away. Better rate and more services.
Hotel staff is rude and un-accomodating. The entire building smells like mold. I had a reservation with them and couldn't arrive in time due to the recent severe weather. I was unable to cancel in time as I was still arriving there in a couple days. They gave my room away to a walk-in and still charged me a cancellation fee for a 1 night stay, all while they have no running water. I have since booked at a different hotel.
