Manager was very rude about a pet deposit that had been discussed with the staff that was no longer needed because other arrangements had been made. Screamed in parking lot with multiple children with us. Drain for bathtub stayed backed up. No heat, top thin blanket and sheet that provided hardly any warmth. Hand made signs no weed or cbd oils allowed! Never will I stay here or suggest for anyone to stay here overpriced and ran poorly

Whatever you do DO NOT stay here. I had called trying to extend a stay for some workers (i work for a company) and the lady who answered was completely unprofessional. She was giving me attitude the entire phone call and she even hung up on me about 5 times. Every time I tried talking she kept talking over me and she was yelling at me the entire time. Never again will I have employees stay there and deal with her ugly attitude. I wish I could give them 0 stars because of how bad they are. If you’re willing to deal with someone who will not listen and yell at you then this might be place for you but if not then DO NOT give them your business. I’ve dealt with MANY hotels and NEVER had to deal with someone as rude as her.

Not bad in comparison to motels that push a higher rating. The place didn't smell like weed. Which is a rarity these days.

We reserved “pet friendly “ room and it was FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. They have a sign in lobby “NO PETS ALLOWED “nnThey CHARGED my room even though they told Priceline they were not going to charge it. PRICELINE DID NOT OFFER REPLACEMENT ROOM!! Stranded at 1:30 in the morning!!

Expensive, Cigarette holes in the sheets and I Would never stay here again. They're charging g the price of a 5 star hotel when its a borderline dump
