Joey is a kool cat kind of guy,. Very comfortable apartments,. Good atmosphere,..a little pricey but it's worth it..

My group of 3 paid $638 for ONE WEEK. That's roughly $2500 for a month. That's twice the price of a luxury suite. We had no choice at the time so we had to take it. On top of that, there was a $100 cleaning fee that we were required to pay. Landlord claimed top quality cleaning but when he entered our apartment UNNANNOUNCED to take an extra bed that we weren't using there was trash under it.nnThere was free Wi-Fi and utilities included. There is a tiny laundromat in a shed nearby but only 2 free washing machines and 1 free dryer. The rest of the machines required +$1.00 to use. As if we weren't paying enough for everything.nnThese apartments are all 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, 1 living room. He placed 2 beds in the living room and 2 beds in the one room to claim it was a 4 bedroom apartment.nnThe restroom toilet was low flow so they will not flush too well. The restroom door has no lock and the door frame was barely bolstered to the wall.nnI absolutely do not recommend unless it is a last resort.

Quite, peaceful days and nights . Management and staff are so delightful and helpful in every way..They treat you like family, five stars does not say enough I would have to give them a 10 plus. My husband and myself have been here for several months and we have enjoyed every day since we've been here. Home away from home it's how we feel. My hat's off to the staff and the owners mr. and mrs. Smith.
