The staff was so accommodating, and I had a wonderful stay. I can’t thank them enough for making my vacation stress free when it came to having a place to stay. Despite everything going on in the world, I felt welcomed and wanted. Will definitely come back!

Stayed there 3 nights after driving 20 hours for a wedding and we couldn’t even get a wash cloth. They just kept telling us they were getting cleaned and didn’t have any available. Room was a mess but granted it was still under renovation from the Hurricane. At first our air didn’t work and they also had to fix that. Overall not a good experience.

I have stayed here multiple times over the last few years, but never again. I will leave Hilton chain and go with someone else.nwhen I checked in, the room smelled musty, but it's LA and I kind of get that. However the rest of the stay was unacceptable.nWhen I went to brush my teeth in the morning the water in the sink was brown and dirty. I then went to take a shower hoping it would be better. The tub was ringed with black mold where the maintenance had not paid any attention to it for some time. Same with the ceiling.nWhen I turned on the water it ran dark brown with dirt in it. I let it run for over 20 minutes to try to get it to clear up. Then, to add insult to injury, I tried to call the front desk to get something resolved and THE PHONE DID NOT WORK.nI did the best I could as I had a meeting to go to and when I checked out I asked for the clerk to have the General manager (Kyle) to call me to discuss. THE CALL NEVER CAME.nnWhen I checked out I asked to speak to the manager and the front desk clerk. I told them of the situation and watched them write down my name and phone number as was assured I would get a call. He obviously doesn’t care.nAfter a day when by I finally called Guest relations. I explained the problem and was assured that the Manager would call me.. THE CALL NEVER DID COME, even after contacting Guest Relations twice.
