The only thing that looked decent was the lobby, couldn’t use the restroom in the lobby it was out of order. The carpet looks like it hasn’t been vacuumed. The elevator was making sounds like it was about to break every time you ride it. When we got to the room it had a smell, the front light was not working. There’s rust in the bathtub and it basically the room didn’t look clean. I HIGHLY recommend not booking any rooms at this hotel.
Beds are comfortable. Rooms and hotel could have been cleaner. Still no continental breakfast. In my opinion way overpriced , due to many of the hotels and motels still in renovation process in the area.nThe Veterans Park is right in front of the hotel and very much the best part of the stay at this hotel.
Miss leading. Says they have indoor pool and also breakfast provided free of charge. Not allowed to swim. Plus went down for breakfast and they put a sign up saying no breakfast. Ask front desk why no breakfast ; when you still advertise that in price of room. Reply was we say some may not be available at this time. Now the room. Got a king suit on line. Direct from them. Room 125 then another 48 in taxes and fees. Then after paying . You see they charge you another 14 dollars for processing. Get to room. Nice at first glance. Then there was a toothpaste cap down in the sink drain. The end of the shower curtain rods were broken. Then water doesn't all drain out of tub. Then during the night the air conditioner kept making a tapping sound. Don't recommend this place at all.
Nasty. Bathroom was filthy, had built up grime and dirt so it hasn't been cleaned in a while. Tub has numerous hairs on it that weren't from your head. Doors even had built up grime. They didn't leave any soap, luckily I had some in my bag. The quality of these hotels is going down quickly this last couple years, very sad.
Nice place, lively atmosphere, very relaxing, clean , new towels, new sheets, new pillows, and more. No complaints here. I'll definitely return and stay without a doubt.
