While looking for a hotel in the area we decided to try this location. Upon calling, which runs on reservation only from the reservation lines worker, we were informed of one price for our party. While on our way there we received a callback to verify our reservation. At which point we were given a higher rate because they didn't account for each person the first time. We accepted anyway.nUpon pulling in not ten minutes after the reservation call we found the lobby locked and no one on site. When calling their number back, as there was no local number, we were told the check in time was in a certain window and that may be why it was locked and empty. Despite having placed the reservation just a few minutes prior with another employee. While on the line to log the feedback we were told we'd still be charged for canceling the reservation, luckily no card was on file.nLooking over the listing here it definitely seems the positives are all faked by the company to combat the honest reviews.nI'm glad it was locked up so we could avoid this nightmare company.
Great management and the room I was issued was flawless. Highly recommend this establishment for anyone in the area.
Scary place, the room lock did not work properly, my room was in the very back of the hotel with zero lighting. I had to use my phone flashlight to see the door, for which there was no room key, only a code. Horribly uncomfortable bed, bugs in the room. How is this hotel room $100??? It looks like should cost around $30. Do yourself a favor and find a Motel 6 which should be much nicer!
It's a neat little place to stay, clean and quiet.... I recommend staying here to anyone...
Scam! Never stop here! Even for free. You will face dirty room and mosquitoes which ended their suffers on the towel. I ran out of there and drove extra 3 hours to Houston at night to get some acceptable lodging.
