I keep debating if it was a 2 or a 3. The room was clean, and they advertised work hours between 9am and 6pm. However, I'm pretty sure that they are putting up the crews and they start yelling at 6am. There was also a fire alarm test at 630am. I got in about midnight and was only using this place to grab a few hours of sleep before driving again, but I was mildly disappointed that a $100 rate got me no cable (disclosed after i paid for the room) and a broken door lock. Will probably sleep in my car next time rather than come here again.
It was a great place to stay and they where recovering from the hurricanes and still a good place to stop.
the hotel is comfortable to rest when you are traveling, but the price is very high
It’s very comfortable and warming. I would suggest staying here when visiting Lake Charles
The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean but beds are a bit firm but amazing quality for the price
