WaterWalk Kansas City - Overland Park

I was visiting my niece here. The place was clean. The rooms were very nice and had a full size washer and dryer inside it. The tub and shower was a nice size too. It had a living room area with TV as well. Very nice. Would definitely stay here.

My wife and I spent a few days at the WaterWalk Kansas City location.nOur room was very clean and the towels where bright white and smell of fresh linen. Our room was stock with all the supplies needed for a extended stay. The staff was also welcoming and very attentive to any request we had.

Really nice place especially for short term visitors that need something for longer than a week. Only thing I didn't like is how dog unfriendly they are, they made me walk to the outer most corner of the property to walk my dogs when it was below freezing outside. So that alone is a major deterrent for me. If I pick up my dog's poop I shouldn't have to walk a mile away for them to use the bathroom! Just say you don't accept animals if you make residents do that!!

This is a nice place to live for short term. Amenities could use an upgrade. Was told that the internet would be upgraded 3 months ago and I still get kicked off due to poor connection. Staff is nice and personable.

One of the worst management in the Overland Park area with completely lack of professionalism and respect towards tenants. people here never deliver anything they promise during lease signing. They provided the worst internet service for months and took weeks just to provide the customer support number of the internet service provide for the property. I’m on lease from past 14 months and my car was towed from the property without any notice or warning for being unattended for more than 5 days when the water-walk website itself doesn’t support registration of multiple cars. The manager here sent the email on Friday evening at 5PM without leaving any information for the towing agency and didn’t respond to the emails/text/calls for next 4 days..one of the worst management I have ever seen in my entire life..
