Bartell Drugs

I love Bartell Drugs! The people there are always very friendly and helpful. The people in the pharmacy are particularly wonderful! They've helped me find discounts for certain meds, and even found needles I need for injections at a much cheaper price. They really try their best to work with you and always have patience and kindness. I do all my prescription business through them because they've shown that they really do care!

Never been to bartells before right now. I'm still in the store right now. I wanna leave cause how stuck up the employees seemed. They ere to busy having a conversation with 3 employees no one doing anything but talking and no one greeted us. They made eye contact but kept talking, I smiled and they all looked away. How rude. Never coming back because of that.

Went to get my script filled a day early, was told if it couldn’t be filled by the weekend I could get a 3 day supply of my metformin to tide me over. Was instead told today that despite my prescription not being able to be filled at a time where I could pick it up, I couldn’t get an emergency supply because apparently I had already been given a medication loan when in fact I have never once asked for one. Got to spend my whole day off medication because of it! It’s not like I’m asking for opiates. It’s a maintenance drug for diabetes for Christ’s sake. After I pick up my current scrip I will be taking my business elsewhere.
