So I wrote a previous review a year ago and I have been a regular guest since then however this stay 12/14/20 was horrible and this is NO disrespect to the housekeeping because I know they work hard but this room was not clean at all. I have attached pictures. I am disappointed and with this said I refuse to stay at this property again. Please management feel free to contact me. Y'all have to do better the GM is really nice and I don't want her property to be rated bad but their had to be some improvements.

When we booked the hotel we had spoken to Joe and he had great customer service. We had asked for special requests due to Valentine's weekend(champagne in room, flowers,etc) and Joe was happy to put all our requests in. The booking process had me really excited to get to the hotel and see experience it in person. Well, when we arrived I wasn't expecting such an old hotel building especially in this area. The room smelled like water had soaked into the carpet and mildewed. None of the requests we asked for where granted nor even acknowledged upon checking in either. The chair in room was broken, carpet heavily soiled, needs new paint job, microwave, and etc. The entire hotel needs a renovation. I've stayed at much nicer places for way less than this hotel. If it wasn't for Joe being so accommodating upon check in I wouldn't have given 2 stars. The stars are for Joe's customer service! Je makes you feel like you'll be arriving at a 5 star establishment.

I’ve been staying here for about a week or 2 and my room is perfect. The staff is friendly, helpful, and efficient. Only cons, microwave could be updated and tv. But I have a firestick so ud83eudd37ud83cudffd‍♀ufe0f other than that no complaints.

This hotel was perfect for my hospital visit since I live far. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean, and BREAKFAST! Wow, a hotel offering at least a breakfast for the price is very affordable. Will b back.
