The hotel is clean (though showing its age) and the staff are welcoming and helpful. The 3 stars is due to the noise from both other guests that went on late at night and maid service that went through most of the day. You can hear everything through the door.
Being at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites was a great experience. The room was beautiful and elegant! Just right for a person like myself who is on a business trip to wine down during my down time. I absolutely loved it and can't wait to come back again. I will be coming back next week on my business trip for 4 nights! This time I really get to enjoy it more.
The stay here was amazing, the lady at the front desk Mrs. Samantha was great, fantastic and extremely helpful. The bed was amazing and very comfortable. The best hotel I have been to in a long time and the breakfast with the pandemic precautions was amazing. Thank you.

I paid for a room with 1 king sized bed for 2 adults, but got 2 queen sized beds & I wasn't told that my room was changed at check in. I figured this out when I opened the door to the room. I feel like the changing of one's paid for room should be something you disclose at check in. I am very disappointed & I won't be back.
