The staff here are really nice and helpful. I am in the area for several months for work and they were able to work with me some. Whenever I'm in the area I will continue to stay here. The hotel itself is pretty nice. They're working on updating the rooms which slowed down because of covid but they're starting it back up.
While looking for a clean affordable place to stay while visiting Rome I ran across Country Inn and Suites. I have never stayed there before and was surprised at how neat and clean the rooms were. The bedding was so soft and comfy. The room had seperate living/sleeping spaces and granite countertops! But when I left I realized I had left my pearl necklace behind in the bathroom. Within 1 hour the front desk was calling me to tell me they had my necklace put away and would mail it to me the next day! I drove back to Rome so that I could thank them personally as the necklace had been a gift from my mother. I will enjoy coming back to this hotel the next time I’m in town.
I stay at this hotel frequently when I am traveling through Rome going to Alabama. They are always very clean and very courteous. I stayed there last weekend and left my favorite pillow. I contacted the hotel and Amy was so very nice and made sure that my pillow got mailed back to me I could not ask for better service.
I love this place. I request the same room everytime and they are so nice to accommodate. Staff is very friendly. It's always clean and neat. I'm a satisfied customer. Will stay again
We unexpectedly needed a room for two nights. This was the best deal we could find online but we could only book for one night. When we arrived (after 9 pm), we were greeted by Neha, who not only assured us we would be able to rebook the next day she also honored our discounted rate. Getting up in the morning we were greeted be Neha again! She was a great ambassador for the hotel and the brand, making sure that we had everything that we needed.
