The rooms were always kept clean. I never had any bugs in my room at all, which was a huge relief. I've got horror stories from other places I've stayed. I travel for a living so it's nice to find a hotel that fits the budget and doesn't compromise cleanliness. The people at the front desk are very polite as well. The neighbors in the other rooms weren't noisy. No rowdy people or folks wired out on dope fighting in the parking lot. Just a nice, cozy hotel to settle into and relax after a long days work.nnYou see a lot when you live on the road. And Kings Inn was super refreshing.10/10 would go back again.

I feel bad for writing this review because the manager was so very nice, but the place was filthy. The manager was very accommodating and allowed us to see two subsequent rooms after we saw roaches in the first one, but they all had roaches. The first two pet rooms looked like they had dirt everywhere. I didn't stick around long enough to determine if the dirt was flea eggs or not. Even under the top blanket on the bed there was black/white dirt.nnThis place has some issues where they need a new pest control company and new cleaning staff, because the companies that perform these duties definitely don't do their jobs.nnThat said the manager refunded me and apologized profusely.

My stay was from September 1-3, 2019. I want to say the front office lady I think her name is Ms. G. I had a great conversation with her as I was checking in. She was very welcoming to me. She also understood that I had sensitive skin and that I brought my own sheets, pillow cases, and comforter. Housekeeping wasn't annoying. comfortable bed to sleep in. Only thing that I experience was the fire alarm went off at 4 in the morning but other than that I would come back. Reasonable pricing. 2 nights was 163 even including taxes. No loud noises. Everybody stays to theirselves. Love it here.
