Do you have any mobile homes for rent currently ?
Do not rent from this place. Infested with roaches and mice and rats, pet deposit is almost $400 per pet, landlord won't do any actual maintenance, just cheapest patch work possible...raised rent two years in a row..it's just not worth it.
Have friends that live here. It's a pretty nice place.
