After living here for sometime i couldn't wait to get out. this place is run down. there's no on sight manager, its nosey! this idiot revs a motor cycle all day kids walk around with BB guns, the owner keeps increasing the water bill instead repairs nearly $200 for just water, the owner is not very friendly i would suggest anyone to either move from pine village an for the love of god don't move in
The park is terribly run down. Roads are awful and most of the homes are run down
Quiet and laid back little community nestled alongside the city limits but still considered within county limits.
