I will NEVER stay here again. 150 freaking dollars a night and they advertise a hot breakfast. What did they have for breakfast? A brown bag w an orange, muffin and bottle of water. I could've went right down the road for 100/night, still had a nice pool and would've gotten a good breakfast at the comfort suites. Yea, not coming here again. I'll stick to our usual hotel.
Great hotel, great location, great front desk staff. Maid/cleaning service for long-term stays is pretty lacking. Should receive full service to the room when it is only provided upon request.
My family has had two opportunities to stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites in Rome Ga in the last 6 weeks. Both were as a result of a family health emergency. At a time when the last thing we needed was problems with lodging, this hotel exceeded every expectation.nThe property is of better quality than other hotels in the area. COVID is making the hotel business hard to do well but the staff here goes above and beyond to provide guests with the best experience possible. EVERY person from maintenance, front desk, housekeeping and dining services met us with a smile... every day.nDon't miss the opportunity for a stay here. You won't find people doing more to make your stay enjoyable.
It was not what I was expecting. The staff was very friendly. The suite was no different than a regular room but the prices was higher. The rooms are not what you would expect for the price you pay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone
Absolutely LOVE this Hampton Inn. It's clean, neat, and plenty of parking.nnThis is my go-to hotel whenever I'm home. The staff is always friendly and they sell small bottles of alcohol which is always a plus lol (and super convenient).nnWhat I love most about this location is they truly embody diversity and inclusion. My mom and I noticed the last time we were here that they leave little notes on the breakfast tables explaining that the breakfast employees are deaf and to just wave your hand and write down anything you may need. This small detail really made us happy because it shows the humanity in hiring people with disabilities. Kudos to the hiring manager and staff who make everyone feel special and included.nnAlso, they have a list of local events on each floor which I think is helpful for people visiting from out of town. Can't wait to come back!
