The room was super clean which is much appreciated, especially now during the pandemic. The beds, which were very comfortable, each had two firm and two soft pillows on it. Also appreciated the all white duvet covers versus bed spreads. Our room was very quiet except for the doors, which are really loud when they close. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again next time we’re in the Atlanta area.
Lovely hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff are polite and helpful. Would recommend!
Ridiculously high security deposit for site and location/ caliber of hotel. Paint splattered on wooden doors, light switches cracked,, tub chipped and slick with no grip on tub bottom or handrails for safety. Overall disappointing.
I'm an IHG member since 2012 and I normally stay in IHG hotels. I reserved a room for a young lady I met that needed a place to stay and was inan abusive relationship. Apparently something transpired during her stay there because now I'm banned from staying at this hotel... I don't understand how I'm banned from he hotel when a completely different human being did something wrong...nnDo better IHG...
They are very respectful clean and if you forget anything they have it in stock there is breakfast but not heated breakfast but enough to fill you up there's always hot coffee for the people that work all day and night very friendly workers
