From having browsed the website to an in-store visit, my experience with Stone Mountain Bike Company was fantastic. The customer service was great as I was told the features of each bike as well as potential accessories for them. I was also able to test ride any bike of my choosing and ultimately, rode and purchased the Yosemite 700. They assembled (free of charge) the accessories I purchased in the store and same day delivered the bike to my house as it could not fit in my car. So far, I've thoroughly enjoyed riding the bike as it has been a consistently smooth ride and the suspension has been great for when I do happen to ride it on tougher terrain. I was also pleasantly surprised by how much speed the bike can actually pick up. To sum it up, it has been a great experience and I'm very satisfied with my purchase.
Called earlier in the day and asked if they could do repairs on bikes they hadn’t sold. They said yes and I showed up a few hours later. Two guys were working and one saw me unloading my bike and came out and helped me get it in the store. When I got in there was a young dude named Ryan working and he quickly fixed the minor repair for no charge. Never purchased through this location before but when I’m in the market for my next one I might check them out first.

Friendly service and a clean shop. If you need a bike this is the place. E-bikes seem to be their specialty.
Bought 2 foldable Delray 500s and we love them! Service has been impeccable. They gave us a discount purchasing 2 plus free pumps and steel water bottles. Great customer service. Nice having them locally for service. 5 stars!!!
