The front desk staff claimed there were only two queen bed rooms available (for a higher price) yet I walked by rooms with single beds that were clearly open. Since it was late and I had a pet with me, changing rooms wasn't really an option. The room was dirty, cigarette butts and ashes behind the bathroom door as if someone had been in there recently. Pet friendly rooms should also be smokeless rooms. This is one of the dirtiest hotels I have stayed in.
Run down older hotel two of the staff at check in were not friendly at all. The hotel is pet friendly and the rooms were clean and large so that part was great and for that I gave the three stars.
You get what you pay for. Older hotel is understandable, but the beds are bottom of the line, think fold out couch bed mattress style.
after reading mr Barbesinos post, i checked in anyway. holiday inn wouldn’t answer the phonen& it was raining... mr Barbesinos post was spot on.ni’ll be back in the area this weekend, i’ll be staying @ the holiday inn..... never this dump again
Very unsanitary. Awful customer service. Would not recommend to anyone.
