Staff at front desk were helpful, and room was big. Giving 3 stars because masks were not being enforced (only at check in), despite signs everywhere requiring them. When I asked the front desk why nobody was enforcing them in the common areas like lounge and elevators, the staff member said they got in trouble from guests and shrugged his shoulders. I didn’t feel safe, so we left around 630 am.
Very friendly helpful people working the front desk here. Victoria was always very friendly and kind welcoming, she was so sweet with my dog. This was a stay I hadn't really wanted to make (issues with my house) and she was very kind and nice. I think she'll be a great representative of what the hospitality business will need in a regular post covid world.
Well kept hotel. Stopped for the night. Big parking lot was easily able to handle my pick-up and 10' trailer. Room had a mid sized normal fridge, dish washer, & sink. Some basic kitchen stuff but not much. Overall nice place to stop.
I didn't stay at this hotel but I did have a reservation. I booked the hotel rooms well in advanced since I am traveling with my family (wife and 4 young kids) and we needed two rooms. When I booked the hotel room, I called the hotel directly to ensure we could get a joining room and was told this wouldn't be an issue. I called several times to confirm and was given the same message -- a joining rooms will not be an issue. I called this morning, the day of check in, and received a different message. They couldn't accommodate my request but what bothered me the most -- was how I was treated - they were rude and took no accountability for telling me this wouldn't be an issue. I ended up canceling the reservation and found a different hotel property. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. If their hotel service is anything like I received on the phone, I would stay away.
Beautiful place to rest your head! Wonderful room, great shower and comfortable bed...but PLEASE do something better for breakfasts...maybe a server like in the school cafeterias! Breakfast is a BIG disappointment in the hotels these days, not just here
