This hotel has the best staff I've ever met. We stayed the week of my daughter's wedding and there's absolutely nothing I could complain about. We worked with sales, Robyn, who was professional from day one to we walked through the doors. She was there through the week but she left us in the hands of her team, Sasha & Cantrell. These ladies handled my family and friends like they had degrees in crazy ud83dude09ud83dude05 Ladies, you did an awesome job! I called this hotel before booking and it was not properly explained that the pool would not be open until next week. I got there and asked if any rooms were available and the woman at the front didn’t even check she just said no, as I’m scrolling online and see multiple rooms available. Then, a woman named Emma was nice enough to actually look. The other woman said “We only have 2 queens but it’s $226 a night” with a look on her face as if I couldn’t afford to stay there. I wanted a king not 2 queens so Emma helped me out again and found me a king that was available. We are at Ruth’s Chris and brought up left overs and the next morning we extended our stay. The manager was very helpful and gave us a little more knowledge about our room that nobody else cared to explain. So we didn’t get to enjoy the perks of our premium suite the first day. Then when came back a few hours later to our room. House cleaning left a bag of snacks and drinks on the table and threw away my $51 steak and my potatoe from Ruth’s Chris and took my charger. Emma once again helped me with a coupon to replace my steak and she got my charger back. It was definitely an experience but I’m not sure if I would stay here again. Nice rooms but the way staff profiled me really made me want to cancel my entire stay. Thank you Emma and to your manager that was on duty today and yesterday morning. - Ms. Dunbar in room 605

The staff was wonderful. We were there for my Daughter's wedding. We rented over 15 rooms and not one complaint from any of my family. Breakfast was great every morning. I highly recommend this establishment for any of your needs.

My boyfriend and I stayed on 03/26/2021 for a nearby wedding. Check in and check out were a breeze. The suite was clean and spacious with a nice bathroom. On the other hand, parking was horrible. Following the wedding around 9:00 PM, my boyfriend drove around the front and back parking lots for about 20-25 minutes until a family walked over from Tin Lizzy's restaurant and left their parking space in the hotel's front parking lot. From our room's window, I watched as people used the hotel's parking lot to park and walk to the nearby restaurants. For the price to stay here for one night, it would be a good idea to maybe provide parking passes or something for the customers paying to stay at the hotel or dine at Ruth Chris.

Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Our suite was very clean and plenty of room. It was very quiet and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was organized and the staff was very attentive. Would highly recommend this Embassy Suites!
