We went there for my Birthday. Amazing experience! The Inn was lovely. The hosts were gracious and made us feel welcome and special. Our room was spacious, very clean and so comfortable. The town was absolutely charming. The breakfast was so delicious with homemade biscuits that were the best I have had since childhood. The town’s restaurants were walking distance from the Inn. I hope to return soon. A hidden gem near the Okefenokee Swamp.

My family had a wonderful 2 night stay at The Inn at Folkston! We were greeted at the door by the owners and given a brief tour of the house. We stayed in the Family Room, which had plenty of room for the three of us. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were heavenly! In the morning, we were greeted with a delicious breakfast. We stayed in Folkston to visit the Okefenokee, and if we go again, we will definitely stay at this B&B!

We stopped at The Inn at Folkston for the night after camping on Cumberland Island and on the way to the Okefenokee Swamp. Ted and Alease were amazing hosts, and we appreciated feeling so welcome! The rooms are cozy and the breakfast is a perfect start to the day. We couldn't recommend the inn enough.

We booked the Inn at Folkston after looking for places to stay near the Okefenokee for a family adventure. We were not disappointed!! Ted and Alease run a charming B&B right next to the little town center. Their hospitality was superb- from the delicious breakfast (served on sentimental Desert Rose dinnerware) to the clean and comfortable rooms. We had no idea about the Folkston Funnel nearby where you can watch trains to your heart’s content. Our two sons ages 6 and 8 felt right at home- almost like visiting their grandparents’- that’s how comfortable we were. What more can I say? Book a room here and support local businesses and real people. You will be glad you did.
