It's high an dry with numerous gravel driveways. Very clean showers and grounds. Some small fruit trees, an 80 foot grape vine border. Great tenants, friendly, honest and helpful especially the owners and management. Clean game room and washers/dryers. A fantastic restaurant. Crime and drug free.
Great rates, quite, some lot renters that could keep their lots a little more presentable, management are very nice and accommodating, this is your 3rd year and plan on returning ever year as possible.ud83cuddfaud83cuddf8
- just recently stayed at this rv park - the top of my list for this review isn- I've noticed - those that are full timers - that the younger folks helpnout the older folksn- folks will stop and chat a moment or twon- the park was cleann- very very spacious sites - take extra sewer hose(s)n- no problems leveling our RVn- if you're a full time RVer - great spot for a day or two stop overn- the RV park is quiet -- no rowdy folks -nonly train whistles every few hour or so - it actually became funnynafter the 1st few days we were there -n-n- jmo - the lighting on their sign needs to be a bit brighternor more lights - just so those coming in after darknwill know to pull in the 1st entrance :)n-n- for those that live there full time - We wish you a Happy ''Healthy'' 2021
Bare bones campground, advertising that they had wifi throughout, which was a main reason to choose this RV park. We could not get a connection for my husband to get caught up on work, getting the mesaage that wifi was at capacity despite the camp ground being perhaps half-full. Train tracks on either side made for a very fitful sleep. Almost no shade, just large sand/dirt sites. Overall, just grubby. We cancwlled our second night.
Quick overnight stop. Easy in and outs.
