For the money, our stay last night was wonderful. Clean rooms, pretty comfortable bed, and amenities in place.nnI've seen reviews where some have stated a bug infestation and as far as our stay in room 208, there were absolutely no signs of any bugs whatsoever. So I don't think the previous bug allegations are accurate.nnWhile we only stayed one night, and it was great, my only complaint is there was only one towel in the room. I'm sure the front desk would have sent more if we asked, but it was pushing 2:00am, and we made it work.nnOverall, pretty decent hotel. Would stay again.

Stayed here in 2019. Bed bugs were verified in room 210. Strange thing was the room appeared to be clean for the type of hotel this is. I always do checks of the bed and furniture in hotels for evidence of bed bugs and there appeared to be none, which is what mislead me. Was bitten on the hand by a bed bug while laying in the bed at around 2am. Lucky I wasn't asleep, otherwise I would have never known. 100% for sure was a bed bug. Only saw the 1 that bit me, it was a full adult bed bug.nnBased on other reviews with similar experiences, I believe that this hotel has a minor bed bug infestation. It probably isn't bad enough to see evidence of it upon first inspection (or they continuously clean the evidence), however there is an infestation none the less. Stay at your own risk.

As always theses types of places first of all I booked the room for someone . When I tell you I literally had to call repeated and whomever kept hanging up on me until I called the Manger/Owner then I was informed to go to booking.com this was rude unprofessional and uncalled for. The microwave hand no plate indie to warm up food and it was dirty and the carpet had the room smelling like corn chips. They truly need to upgrade and not be so drab. IJS

I was laying in my bed watching TV when I noticed something crawling on my head. And it was a bug. Since I'm from the city bugs don't terrify me. Instead it was a roach I am very disgusted. Oh I am never buying this hotel again and if I was you I would never purchase a room in the American best because it's the American worse.

Spacious room and bathroom (handicap access). Could use more careful cleaning especially carpet n upholstery but a relaxing evening followed by a great night's sleep!
