Sea Club IV

We have been coming to Sea Club to escape a couple weeks of winter for several years. Came with family a couple times earlier and decided to become regulars. It is right on the beach! All of the units have an unobstructed view of the ocean. Elevator to the upper floors is a great feature that a lot of resorts this size do not have. Everything is well maintained and several things are updated each year to keep it from getting too dated. We look forward to coming back in January.

It is a great place my family and I bought and own a timeshare at since 1980. Very personable typically. A little hard to enjoy in the time of COVID with a new staff member I did not know recently. However still a perfect place to vacation, enjoy the simple joys of life as well as the sun, surf, and pool ud83cudf1e

My family vacation at Sea Club IV was ruined because of the poor management and bad customer service. Our family has owned a timeshare on the first floor at the Sea Club IV for nearly 30 years and has visited in April.nWe have relatives that stay in May. Due to COVID, management said we could reschedule our vacation til later in the year for $100. Beaches were closed, restaurants were shut down and we didn’t think we could have a good time in April.nnWe called management and spoke with Ray and Mike. They booked us for the week of July 18th in room 102 (we have the invoice to prove it). We took the time off of work (not an easy task these days) and informed our infant daughter’s daycare we were heading out of town.nnManagement called us 3 weeks ago to make sure we were still coming and we told them of course. No red flags raised.nnWhen we arrived at the Sea Club this past weekend with our luggage and food, the management began to screw us over. Initially, we were told our room wasn’t ready (and we later found out that was because a family was already staying in our room.)nnAfter waiting around for 3 hours, I finally asked what was taking so long. The response - they had to put us in a different room (of lesser value) because the room we were assigned was taken.nnMike, the general manager, told us they had to give us a different room because their parent company sold the week and an additional 2 weeks to another family on a whim. He had no control over it. This is not how our time share even works. There are specific rules about how time shares can be sold after an auction.nnManagement told us our expectations of having the room we were promised was unfair and it was not their fault they made a mistake. They blamed their parent company (who is yet to call us back as well.)nnThey offered to have us come back later in the year or whatever room we wanted but we can’t get the time off like that. This was when we planned to go on a family vacation. We felt so disrespected by the management of the Sea Club IV we left and refused to stay.nnHaving a one year old daughter makes it difficult to stay in anything other a first floor room. We can’t sneak out of the room when she goes to bed at 8pm or during nap time.nnI will not recommend anyone to stay at this facility until there is a change in management.

A clean location right on the beach. Easy parking for the car. Fast and friendly check-in by the desk staff. Resort provides towel exchange every day and best of all come to you for the exchange on Monday , Wednesday and Friday. The pool area is very nice and several times during the week provided music and trivia game for those in the pool area. Best feature is a great location close to area attractions, the best one being the beach which is right out back gate.

No problem! Can I get a free night to come back? LoL! No harm in asking...wink wink. Haha Honestly it was super chill and the beautiful sunrise was worth every moment. Thank you again.
