The owners are very friendly. The rooms can be better cleaned, our floors looked like they haven't been cleaned before we got there. The shower had mildew, also I had to ask for clean sheets because the ones in the room had long hair. It's an ok place to stay one night, if you're at the beach and want to stay. An update is needed!

It's a decent price for being next to the beach and to accommodate 3 adults and 3 children. It is an older building and might need a bit more upgrades. The toilet paper roll holder didn't stay on the wall nor did the shower curtain rod. Which knocked the kids a couple times. Food options next door along with a souvenir shop and 7eleven.

If I could give 0 stars for cleanliness that’s exactly what we would rate it. We paid 191.25 for one night stay and it was the worst experience. Mattresses were stained and dirty. Sheets were dirty(she said dryer was leaking oil onto the sheets) . Lady was nice and helpful to give us more sheets to put on top of the others because you could see the stains on the bed thru the others..bed spread has cigarette burns all over... the pull out sofa bed that was suppose to be useable was so disgusting-we would not even sit on it- kitchen chairs are cloth(nasty) and the cloth was torn and hanging off of the back! NON REFUNDABLE..... so DO NOT STAY here... thankfully we only had to stay one night since we are on our way down to the keys... did not feel like a safe place...

It's reasonably clean, nice pool, easy access to the beach and cheap.
