I traveled to this location on Monday 3/8 until Tuesday morning by myself and it was one of my best hotel stays by far for traveling in the US. The customer service is beyond amazing and friendly. Upon check-in the employee Only went above and beyond with his customer service and made sure any issues or inquiries I had were taken care of. The hotel is in the most perfect location with absolutely beautiful water views. Exceptionally clean inside and out. The complimentary breakfast bar was perfect with just the right amount of food and beverages. They also made sure all safety precautions were in place which made me feel really comfortable. I had to leave a review because its been a while that I was wowed by a hotel for the price I paid and location. The staff again did an amazing job and everyone single employee I seen were working so hard to make sure the guest were satisfied.
Amazing place & the beachfront is spectacular. This is must stop by place. View are great from the room. Outdoor eating area is awesome. Sunrise view is breathtaking, just make sure you are an early riser the sunrise. Both the street view and ocean views are sick. I highly recommend this hotel, clean & fresh.
Lovely hotel. Brad the late night/over night front desk agent was great. Usually the third string quarterbacks are reserved for the overnight shifts at hotels, but he really set the bar high for his colleagues. I would stay there again in an instant. Clean, cozy, and located right on the beach. No brainer.
Breakfast was great. Staff was very nice but terribly overworked. There was not enough staff to take care of check in. Rooms were very noisy. We asked for new towels after two days, were told it would be taken care of. The next day we had to go get our own. Housekeeping is suspended. There was trash piled up in the hall in front of the elevator every morning. The list goes on.
The location is superb. I didn't give a 5 star because the rate we had included free breakfast. Due to COVID-19 they were offering only a complimentary grab and go of fruits, oatmeal, microwave biscuits and yogurt. We had to go out every morning. Defeated the purpose.
