Stay. A. Way! In fact, stay away from anything bearing the Rickert name.nAll sweetness and light till she gets your money then things change. She thinks nothing of berating the elderly residents when they don't do her bidding. She just loves to evict people who don't tow her little line. So much so that it can border on elder abuse. And forget about appealing to the Rickert organization. They couldn't care less, management just seems to pass the buck back down to the local level. On the surface, the park looks lovely, it is well-maintained, but it's also small and fairly boring. There's a reason so many units are for sale. Beware!
Residents (mostly seniors) live in fear of this park's specific management. Had a horrible experience. PTSD level horrible. Generally, would advise anyone to avoid parks or buying in Florida really. Park owners seem greedy and are dictators, you have few legal options. Pices are jacked up yearly in hopes folks will just abandon their property so the park takes them free for re-sale. A losing investment at best.
Very nice ,beautiful
This place is quiet and clean and well kept. We did a lifestyle visit and had a lovely stay.
Very well kept,yards beautiful, amenities fun maintenance ,and park mangers very good at there jobs,and take care of problems in timely manner
