Worst customer service, rude reception, lied about availability due to having a service dog. One minute come in plenty of availability, the next I don’t think their will be room.
Excellent rooms, location and service in the room and front desk. Very clean and comfortable beds. Will return.
Well where do I start...nI'm giving NO stars....nI was moved from one rm (my first night) to the next cause my first rm had no furniture...nThen I get in the second rm, my key don't work for day's and my refrigerator either... (I had to throw away groceries because of it)nIt took a week to get both those fixes & then I'm trying to do laundry (BTW my company pays for this rm) (with half my crew that's been here, At LEAST a yr....) and I go to the office & ask about a laundry rm... I'm told the 2nd floor at the end, well I get there & they are literally on the sidewalk ud83dude44 NO DRYER INCLUDED ud83dude12 ...nSo I go to the office again..nAt this point I think U get the point..nAnd I've been threatened about my complaints saying they gonna send it to my company.....nI don't have enough time to share the disappointment in this hotel....nDON'T COME HERE!!!ud83dudcaf
Other people was giving bad reviews about the hotel. We ask the staff to see the room before we purchased it. The owner had no problem showing us the room. The room was very nice and clean and the staff was nice and friendly.
Good place to stay. Clean room and nice staff.
