Scheduled a drive-thru COVID test and weeks later I am still in the process of to correct a billing issue because CVS did not properly code the service. I've had to spend valuable time on the phone with Aetna to address this. Would never receive a COVID test from CVS again.

I was down to my last pill of a series of 3 no refills. I texted the doctor's office very early this morning and when I called the pharmacy when they opened, it would be available for my afternoon meds. Great service gives me confidence...whew! ud83dude04

Worst service ever. I had an appointment for COVID testing services for 3:20pm, sat in line from 2:50pm waiting for my turn the moment I pull up to the window, It’s now 4pm and they tell me I need to make another appointment because the nurse practitioner left. Mean while the car in front of me was able to get their test done with out a problem. If they aren’t able to hold to their appointments they should at least call those they won’t be seeing or send someone out to give the heads up that I wouldn’t be seen. Instead they leave me waiting online for a service they wouldn’t be providing. I understand staffing may be short and appointments may potentially be hard to hold but this is absolutely ridiculous.

I have had poor pharmacy service here in the past. My most recent experience they flat out lied to me. They tried to push off a branded medication for $212 instead of the generic. First the tech told me the insurance company requested the brand but won't pay for it. That is never the case, insurance companies always want the generic. Then she claimed it was a patient request. Second attempt at BS. Then admitted they didn't have the generic in stock and refused to check other locations for it. She sent me away saying I need to get my doctor to provide another script because that is so easy.

Literally every time my wife and I come here there is either an issue, terrible attitudes from pharmacy staff, or just lack of over all knowledge. We have to go there because it’s the only pharmacy our insurance pays for and it’s right by our house. I can’t even begin to type all of the issues we’ve experienced.
