1602 was not finished even though it said newely renovated! False! Half the walls in the bedroom were pained and a portion of the wall in the front room. Then pic, curtains, furniture, etc were placed to try to hide it. They are renting this unit out for way to much money. It is NOT worth half of what they are asking! The pics online do not look like the condo. The bathroom had hair and dirt on the baseboards and cabinets. The shower would not drain properly and there was hair all in the shower. The towel rack and toilet lid were broken. Do not rent this condo. I come to the beach often and this is by far the worst one I have ever stayed in!! The elevator for over half the trip did not work properly.

We rented the penthouse it was supposedly the nicest place they had, the view was wonderful but it was poorly cleaned, the master tub didn’t work, the Master bedroom blankets wasn’t even folded they was throwed up in the closet, the floors wasn’t swept or mopped, the glass tables was filthy, the plug in’s was all loose and when you plugged something in it fell right back out, the kitchen stove was gross.. the pool area was always dirty we didn’t swim the whole time we was there, the elevator was always gross and wet with tons of sand on the floor. For what we paid I will never stay here again!

I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at the Nautilus. We have stayed at this condo in multiple units over the last 5 years. We have always had a wonderful experience. We planned a trip for the end of May, but due to Covid and where we live we could not go this year. The staff at Nautilus did not hesitate to refund 100% of our funds! Although we cannot go this year we will always be faithful customers to the Nautilus!

My parents have stayed here 3 years in a row, they will not be back. They warned them about construction this year (after they had paid up front for the next year) but no one told them the extent. They have been woken up LOUD construction noise at 7 am every morning (Loud enough that we cannot talk on the phone or hear each other from 5 feet away- my husband was not able to take an important work call because there was no where to go where he could hear it or his coworkers could hear him over the noise). The balcony has no railing (on the 3rd floor, which cannot be up to code) and there have been people on our balcony without warning several days. My mom had to tape the curtains to the wall and use clips to hold them together so that the construction workers couldn't see into her bedroom through the curtain gaps. The ocean view is beautiful though, it'd be nice if we could hear the waves over the construction noise...nnNot to mention we have seen several blatant OSHA violations from the construction team. And the building apparently has roaches.
