Stayed here for 6 days and loved the hotel. I read the other reviews and agree that it was a surprise that I had to pay for self parking, and the barn doors were more visually appealing than practical ... however. The suites are super comfortable and spacious. The kitchens were well equipped (in the room with two queens I actually had a freezer, but the King room did not have one). I worked-from-home in the living room desk while my kid sat at the desk in the bedroom. No issues with wifi. The Starbucks in the lobby was helpful. This was a great hotel for an extended stay.

Absolutely stunning view, nice comfy rooms, amazing shower & guest services are amazing. Wonderful choices of food nearby, they have cocktail kits which are actually strong. Hot tub & Pool and nice outdoor beds & tables with privacy curtain. I can’t wait to go again

This place was fine. The front desk people were friendly and the check-in/out process was quick. However, the king room we stayed in had a barn door for the bathroom, which left gaps on either side of the doorway, causing a lack of basic privacy in the bathroom. Another bummer was that the lobby restaurant was closed (the bar, with a limited menu, was open), even though they said they were sold out of most rooms which makes me wonder why it’s not open. All in all, it was a good bed, with a weird room design.

I’ve never written a review while I’m still actually AT the property but .....nVery unimpressed with how a Diamond member is treated. Mid week there’s no suites available? Fine, then I at least need a microwave brought to my room. There aren’t any. Are you sure? Yes. Are you positive? Yes, but you can come down 6 floors to our available microwave *in the lobby*! Super helpful. Not. Whoever was at the front desk around 12:30 wasn’t invested in even *acting* like he wanted to help me.nnThe tiny fridge in the room is a JOKE; it’s not keeping my drinks cold (yes, I turned it to maximum cold) in the least and is so tiny it holds about 4 bottles and that’s it. Snap it up, Miami Dadeland, smh.

My car was vandalized at the hotel parking lot!nThe parking lot is not safe!!! Paid Parking!!!nAnd the hotel did nothing about it!nnThe parking lot was pretty far from the hotel and you need the hotel card to get in and out! Yes! Very Uncomfortable and not safe!nnI travel a lot and if I had a good impression on a hotel I always use the same brand hotel. But not Hilton anymore...
